# AI on Monday Morning

## The MAKIA method

The five phases spell MAKIA:

- **M — Mind Mapping**: See the whole picture before diving into any single part. Uses MEANING cards — map your AI reality today.
- **A — Activate Creativity**: Break your usual thinking patterns. Combine cards to generate unexpected possibilities. Mixes KNOWLEDGE + ACTORS cards — generate possibilities.
- **K — Kickstart Prototyping**: Stop theorizing. Make something tangible — even a rough sketch counts. ACTION cards from MEANING & IMPACT — build a prototype.
- **I — Iterate with Intention**: Every version teaches you something. The goal isn’t perfect — it’s better. IMPACT + ALIGNMENT cards — evaluate and improve.
- **A — Adopt Systems**: Adoption doesn’t end at training. It begins there. ALIGNMENT cards — govern, integrate, and commit.
