Using this site means accepting these terms. They are deliberately short: the game is free, you may run it with your team or your clients, and you may not resell it as your own.

The publisher
This site is operated by Makia Labs. The full legal notice lives on the about page.
What you may do
- Run the workshop with your own team, in-house or remotely, as often as you like.
- Run it with your clients as part of your own paid consulting work, crediting Makia Labs as the source of the method.
- Use the free templates, exports and worksheet inside your organisation.
- Quote and teach the MAKIA method with attribution and a link back to this site.
What you may not do
- Sell, sublicense or bundle the deck, the templates or the playbook as a product of your own.
- Present the MAKIA method as your own framework, or remove the Makia Labs attribution.
- Claim to be a Makia Labs certified facilitator without having completed the certification.
- Scrape the site, abuse the rooms, or submit content you have no right to publish.
Content you publish
When you publish a journey to the community wall, open a team room, or apply as a facilitator, you confirm the content is yours to share and contains no confidential information, personal data about third parties, or anything unlawful. By publishing you grant Makia Labs a non-exclusive right to display that content on this site and in related community material. We review submissions before they appear and may decline or remove anything at our discretion. Ask us and we will take yours down.
Availability and no warranty
The service is provided free of charge and as is. We do our best to keep it up but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. Team rooms expire after 30 days and local sessions live in your browser only — keep your own copy of anything that matters, using the export buttons.
Advice disclaimer
The method, the cards and the playbook are decision-support tools, not legal, financial, security or regulatory advice. The AI choices you make after a session are yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makia Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this free service.
Privacy
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, and may use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Montpellier, France have jurisdiction for business disputes.
