Shadow one open room
Join the monthly public session as a co-host. You watch a full run, take one phase yourself, and get feedback in the room rather than in a document.

Run your first session within 30 days
Momentum beats preparation. Book a real team, pick a format, and run it. We check in at day 7 and day 21 by email — reply to either one if you get stuck.
Team rooms keep everyone voting on the same cards
Publish the journey and claim your listing
Your session goes on the wall with your name on it. That listing is your proof of practice, and it is what the next facilitator reads before applying.
